Prince International Corporation ("Prince") announced the appointment of D. Michael Wilson as its Chief Executive Officer effective immediately. Mr. Wilson will also serve as a director of Prince's parent entity ASP Prince Holdings, LLC. He replaces B. Christopher DiSantis, a Managing Director of American Securities LLC, who has been serving as interim CEO. Prince is majority owned by affiliates of American Securities, a leading U.
